ARIAN NOMA, ATTORNEY

A transplant to Okanogan Country, Arian and his family rooted in the southern end of the county in
2015. An expert in criminal and civil rights law, Arian served Okanogan as its elected prosecutor prior to
taking a teaching position at Gonzaga Law School. Arian zealously represents his client’s interests
achieving just and equitable outcomes. Arian currently focuses his practice on business law, estate
planning and probate, and personal injury. When not practicing law, Arian enjoys time with his family,
dedicating time to volunteer, and playing the saxophone.

Nichol A. Fletcher, Attorney

Born and raised in Okanogan County, Nichol graduated from Tonasket High School and attended Washington State University for her bachelor’s degree. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown Law in Washington D.C. When she’s not at the office, Nichol loves spending time outdoors with family and friends enjoying the beautiful forests, mountains, and lakes of North Central Washington.

KARA KEATON, LEGAL ASSISTANT

Kara Keaton took on the role of a Legal Assistant with North Cascades Law Group in late 2020. She was born and raised in the Okanogan Valley and has ventured off many times but was drawn back to her hometown. She aspires to continuously advance her knowledge in law and the criminal justice system to help improve the surrounding communities for the current and future generations, including her son. 
 
Kara is currently studying Criminal Justice at Purdue University Global and is set to graduate in the spring of 2024. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, camping, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Rebecka Allen, Legal Assistant

Born and raised in Okanogan County, Rebecka always had an interest in Law but never took that leap towards it, until now! She plans to attend college and become a Certified Paralegal in the near future.

PEGGY CRANDALL, LEGAL ASSISTANT

In 2004 upon leaving her career in the hospitality industry, Peggy joined Dale at the Tonasket law practice. Her degree in Political Science combined with real estate industry experience made the office an easy transition. Tonasket quickly became a vibrant location for business, volunteer opportunities and watching their son’s many baseball games that Dale coached. Home life revolves around a year-round love for the outdoors taking full advantage of all the Okanogan has to offer!
