Nichol A. Fletcher, Attorney
Born and raised in Okanogan County, Nichol graduated from Tonasket High School and attended Washington State University for her bachelor’s degree. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown Law in Washington D.C. When she’s not at the office, Nichol loves spending time outdoors with family and friends enjoying the beautiful forests, mountains, and lakes of North Central Washington.

In late 2020, Kara joined North Cascades Law Group as a Legal Assistant. She was born and raised in Okanogan County and was drawn back to her roots even after venturing off many times. In May 2024, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Kara is a firm believer in continuous learning and aims to expand her knowledge of law and the criminal justice system to positively impact the surrounding communities for current and future generations.
Apart from her work, Kara enjoys spending her free time traveling and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

In 2004 upon leaving her career in the hospitality industry, Peggy joined Dale at the Tonasket law practice. Her degree in Political Science combined with real estate industry experience made the office an easy transition. Tonasket quickly became a vibrant location for business, volunteer opportunities and watching their son’s many baseball games that Dale coached. Home life revolves around a year-round love for the outdoors taking full advantage of all the Okanogan has to offer!

Adriana joined North Cascades Law Group in early 2025 with a strong desire to make a positive impact in her community. Born and raised in Okanogan County, Adriana has always felt a deep connection to the area’s peaceful, close-knit environment and natural beauty. With a growing interest in legal studies, Adriana is committed to building a long-term career in the field, aiming to contribute meaningfully to their community and beyond. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places and values spending time with family and friends, cherishing those special moments and making memories that last a lifetime.
